Monday: Practice after school at Elm. Skate.
Tuesday: JV skate race with Coon Rapids and Champlin Park, 3:30. No bus for MGSH skiers; bus from MGJH at 2:30, OJH at 2:45, bring a note.
Wednesday: Practice after school at Elm.
Thursday: Practice after school at Elm.
Friday: Practice after school at MGSH. Wax room open, pasta party at Morgans.
Saturday: Giant's Ridge Invitational; varsity only, bus leaves at 5:30am from stadium lot. Otherwise, ski on your own or with some friends!
Sunday: Recovery or rest day.
Week 8: December 29 through January 4

Thursday: MGNT Alumni New Year's Ski-Together @ Elm at 1pm
Friday: Practice at Elm from 9-11am, meet in chalet.
Saturday: Long easy ski on your own. JOQs at Rainbow Resort.

Monday: Practice at Elm 9-11am.
Wednesday: Ski on your own or with friends.

Week 6: December 15 through December 21 Sunday: 20-30 minutes easy recovery on your own Week 5: December 8 through December 14 Sunday: 20-30 minutes easy recovery on your own
Monday: Practice at Elm Creek after school. Junior High takes shuttle, bring equipment. Everyone dress warmly!!
Wednesday: Sprints Championship/Skate race at Elm Creek.
Thursday: Practice at Elm...6-7:30 pm. TBD...another meet was scheduled at Elm.
Friday: Practice at Elm Creek after school.
Monday: Meet at Trollhaugen for senior high; Junior high at MGSH, bring ski equipment.
Wednesday: Practice at Elm Creek 6:30-8pm
Thursday: Race at Elm; senior high skiers ride bus 2:20, junior high take shuttle to Elm.
Friday: Fun Friday...morning practice, 5 am.
Week 4: December 1 through December 7 (Updated 12/3)
Monday: Long, easy @ high school or ski on your own.
Sunday: 20-30 minutes easy recovery on your own
Week 3: November 24 through November 30
Tuesday: Practice on your own (on snow if possible); wax room open. Thursday: Happy Thanksgiving! 3k Time Trial at 6am. Otherwise, take a walk with your family after dinner...or run the Turkey Trot before! Sunday: 20-30 minutes easy recovery on your own or rest day.
Wednesday: Practice at 5am.
Friday: Long easy ski practice, meet at 6am.
Saturday: 90 minutes of something (ski, run, pole hike, bike) long, easy on your own.
Week 2: November 17 through November 23
Tuesday: Strength/Level 3 long.
Wednesday: Technique, bounding. Team night at Pioneer Midwest - 6pm.
Thursday: Strength/Speed TT.
Friday: Fun Friday! All money due: Winter trip deposit, sweatshirt, warmups, trail pass, booster fee.
Saturday: Ride 'n' Tie, 10am at stadium
Sunday: 20-30 minutes easy recovery on your own
Week 1: November 10 through November 16
Tuesday: Uniforms, Wax room set-up, Goals @ high school
Wednesday: Technique, Long @ high school.
Thursday: Intervals, Strength @ high school. You'll still have time to get ready for the CC banquet!
Friday: Technique @ high school.
Saturday: Ski Swap @ Dunwoody 10:00-12:30, 90 minutes easy of something: Trail run/pole hike, bike, ski, rollerski, swim on your own.
Sunday: 20-30 minutes easy recovery on your own.
