Regular season conference meets are held at local courses and are between schools within our conference. This includes schools from Anoka, Andover, Blaine, Champlin Park, Coon Rapids, Elk River, Osseo and Park Center. We will rotate between three locations for these regular season races; Woodland Trails in Elk River, Eagle Lake in Plymouth, and Elm Creek Park in Maple Grove.

The first race will begin at 3:30 with the other races following.
There will usully be separate Jr. High and Varsity races with the JV being combined in the Varsity race. The Jr. High race wil typically be slighty shorter than the Varsity races; 2.5k as opposed to 5k, unless it is a sprint distance (usually 1k) or a relay (usually 3k).
